Resizing and shipping 

We offer a ring resizing service. In the product description section, the resizing options are noted.

If the size needed is larger or smaller than the one noted, we can analyze whether the option could be possible.

 

You can confirm the size in the comments section of the payment page or by email, WhatsApp or Instagram message.

 

At the bottom of this section you will find a chart with the equivalent size number and finger diameter. You can measure the diameter of your finger or measure the diameter of a ring that fits your size. If you encounter any difficulties, you can contact us at any time and we will help you with the measurement process.

 

To carry out the repairs, we need 10/15 days from the request of the modification until its completion. In exceptional cases where unforeseen events arise during the process, the execution time may be extended.

 

The shipping time for the jewels will be 24/48 hours (from collection) within the peninsula, 48/96 hours on islands and the rest of the European Union.

For shipments to Ceuta, Melilla and the Canary Islands, shipping is included but not import customs fees.
